Swimming legend Michael Klim has given an update on his 戦う／戦い with a rare neurological disorder and the one daily 戦略 that helps him 対処する with the incurable 条件.

Klim was 診断するd with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) in 2020, a rare autoimmune 病気 where his 団体／死体 attacks the myelin sheaths that 保護する 神経s - which has had 抱擁する 影響s on Klim's physical and mental 井戸／弁護士席-存在.

'My counsellor and I have come up with a 戦略 where I give myself an hour a day to feel sorry for myself,' Kilm told the Sydney Morning 先触れ（する）.

'I can whinge as much as I want and feel 負かす／撃墜する, but after that, then there are still a lot of things I can do and be 機能の and still have 責任／義務s as a parent and a coach and as a partner, and I can still do them 効果的に.?

I am trying to not let it 消費する me 完全に. But it's hard.'

Klim, who now needs a 茎 to support him, says he gives himself an hour a day to feel sorry for himself. Klim says the 病気 has been as 税金ing on his mind as it has been on his 団体／死体

Klim said he no longer 作品 for Milk & Co. because of the 需要・要求するs his 自動車-免疫の disorder is having on his physical and mental wellbeing.
