Sarah Storey 始める，決める a world 記録，記録的な／記録する in 資格 for the women's C5 individual 追跡 as 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain's cyclists made a blistering start to 競争 at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

In 前線 of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Storey clocked three minutes 32.170 seconds to 前進する to the gold メダル ride-off of the three-kilometre event, with compatriot 水晶小道／航路進歩ing to the race for bronze by qualifying fourth in 3mins 59.220secs.

The 35-year-old, who was in 論争 for Britain's Olympic team 追跡 squad until last December, was more than 16 seconds quicker than nearest 競争相手, Anna Harkowska of Poland (3:48.885), who she will 会合，会う in the final.

'I know we heard our 同僚s say this during the Olympics but it's so hard to explain the energy they give you. I just can't explain it really,' Storey told Channel 4.
