Cycling's world 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 are willing to 受託する that Lance Armstrong is a 麻薬ing cheat. Hallelujah.

The UCI made it sound as 過激な a 発見 as finding human life on Pluto rather than a belated admission from an organisation who ― and we are 存在 generous here ― were complacent as the greatest 詐欺 in 冒険的な history 広げるd before them.

Pat McQuaid, the snivelling, self-保存するing 大統領，／社長, said: ‘The UCI will 禁止（する） Lance? Armstrong from cycling and the UCI will （土地などの）細長い一片 him of his seven 小旅行するs de フラン 肩書を与えるs. Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling. He deserves to be forgotten.’

In fact, he was stripped of those 肩書を与えるs,? 範囲ing from 1999 to 2005, by the US? Anti-麻薬ing 機関 in August. The UCI were 単に 批准するing USADA’s 合法的 行為／法令／行動する.

McQuaid spoke in Geneva as though he was shocked by USADA’s findings. Shocked? He could only be shocked if he was blind, wilfully perhaps, to 告訴，告発s that have been 流布している for a １０年間. During McQuaid’s seven-year 大統領／総裁などの地位, former US 郵便の rider Frankie Andreu told the New York Times that 麻薬ing was taking place during Armstrong’s first 小旅行する de フラン victory in 1999.

Oakley 削減（する） 関係 with Armstrong

Lance Armstrong has lost the support of another major sponsor after Oakley 厳しいd their 関係 with the 不名誉d cyclist.

The brand 確認するd in a 声明 they were ending their 関係 with the Texan in the wake of the 告示 in Geneva.

Oakley have followed in the footsteps of Nike, Trek and Anheuser-Busch, brewers of Budweiser, who have all 孤立した their support for Armstrong.

An Oakley 声明 read: 'Based on UCI's 決定／判定勝ち（する） today and the 圧倒的な 証拠 that USADA 現在のd, Oakley has 厳しいd its long-standing 関係 with Lance Armstrong, 効果的な すぐに.

Armstrong has stepped 負かす／撃墜する from his position as chairman of his 癌 charity.

Away from Geneva, Armstrong lost another sponsor, Oakley, who followed the lead 始める，決める by Nike, Trek and Budweiser brewers, Anheuser-Busch. In Armstrong’s home 明言する／公表する of Texas, 保険 company SCA 昇進／宣伝s have 需要・要求するd the return of a 特別手当 価値（がある） up to £5million paid after he won his sixth 小旅行する in 2004.

And yet on his Twitter account, how was Armstrong styling himself on Monday night? As the seven-time 小旅行する 勝利者, of course.
