Blackpool 青年 法廷，裁判所 heard how the 十代の少年少女 had been drinking 事前の to the 押し込み強盗 and 衝突，墜落 on June 7.

The 青年 認める burgling a house in the 早期に hours and stealing the Ford’s 重要なs as the owner’s daughter and boyfriend were upstairs.

They woke up to hear the screech of the tyres as the car was driven away by the 十代の少年少女 who travelled just five miles before losing 支配（する）／統制する of the 乗り物.

証言，証人／目撃するs told the 法廷，裁判所 on Monday how they saw the 青年 at the wheel of two other cars - an Audi and a BMW - before he was finally 逮捕（する）d.

裁判官 Jeff Brailsford told him: ‘This was massively serious 感情を害する／違反するing, dangerous 運動ing and drink 運動ing, over a long distance.

Jim Mowbray, 起訴するing, said: ‘The owner of the Ford had left it locked in her driveway.

The 裁判官 heard how the offences were committed after the 十代の少年少女 had been drinking at a family barbecue and then with friends in a park.

When the 被告 was 逮捕（する）d he told police: ‘I have been very silly. I have been drinking and took the car.’

Gerry Coyle, defending, said: ‘My （弁護士の）依頼人 has little recollection of what happened - he feels, and s ome others feel, one of his drinks may have been spiked.

‘He knows he is lucky to be here and not dead or maimed for life.’

Fogarty, 49, is みなすd the most successful World Superbike racer of all time and won four World Superbike 選手権s in the 中央の to late 90s.

The Blackburn-born biker, who was renowned for his high corner 速度(を上げる） riding style, was awarded an MBE in 1998’s New Year’s Honours 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） for his services to the sport.
