The 29-year-old told Sky Sports: 'I did my first ride on the road yesterday (Sunday). I wasn't 苦痛 解放する／自由な but I was okay.

The UCI Road World 選手権s take place in Ponferrada in Spain between 21 and 28 September and Cavendish does not yet know if he will be fit enough to compete for 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain.
