Steven joins Kent

Darren Stevens has agreed a two-year 契約 with Kent after ending his long 協会 with Leicestershire.

The 28-year-old batsman, a former England 学院 player, 普通の／平均（する）d 39 first-class runs for the Foxes last season and should 上げる his new 味方する's 打率.

Stevens said: "I have had eight 広大な／多数の／重要な seasons at Leicestershire and my heart will always be here. I have made a lot of friends and have enjoyed every minute of my time here.

"But with my 契約 coming to an end, I just felt that I needed a bit of a change of scenery and try something different.
