‘On YouTube they only show the 衝突，墜落s so it is a bit scary but I’m a bit of a daredevil, I like to go out there and try different sports. I’m a little bit of a petrolhead, too, I shouldn’t really be on motorbikes but it’s my passion.?

吊りくさび-Francis had never tried any winter sport until September, when he （機の）カム sixth out of 35 in a bobsleigh 押し進める 競争 in Switzerland.?

‘I’ve pulled a tyre in sprint training but not done anything to do with 押し進めるing at all, 陸上競技 is about pulling through, getting to the finish line.

‘With the （頭が）ひょいと動く it’s 肉親，親類d of like transferring the 力／強力にする and 速度(を上げる） into the sled, which is not as 平易な as it sounds. My shoulders, biceps and triceps are all 燃やすing but I hope it’s going to help with my sprinting. Over the first 60m I’m going to be 爆発性の and that’s usually my weak point.’

Unlike （短距離で）速く走る人s such as Simeon Williamson and Craig Pickering who have switched to bobsleigh at the end of their careers, 吊りくさび-Francis 計画（する）s to come 支援する to the 跡をつける and 試みる／企てる to make the team for the Rio Olympics next summer.

‘When I was young I didn’t have to put in so much hard work because it （機の）カム 自然に and I definitely took that for 認めるd,’ he says.

‘Now as an older 競技者 I have to 回復する 井戸／弁護士席 because if I don’t I’ll get 負傷させるd. But I still feel I can run the 100m in 10.3sec and if I train as hard as I know I can, then maybe I can do it in 10.1sec.

‘Marlon Devonish and Jason Gardener 奮起させる me because they retired at an older age and Kim Collins is still running world-基準 times. I believe I’m that calibre of 競技者.?

'I know there’s a lot of 競争 with the younger guys and I’m no spring chicken but I believe I can get into the relay team. It’s been two years since I competed for 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain so it would be amazing, standing on the start line 審理，公聴会 a stadium 十分な of people, ready to compete, 神経s running through my 団体／死体.’

‘I’m definitely not doing this to 証明する anything to anybody, I’m doing it for me and my family. I’m a strong, quick 競技者 that can 押し進める a （頭が）ひょいと動く decently so if I can help someone 達成する their goal then I’m going to do it.

‘Everybody leaves school and finds their 職業 and 役割 in life but we’re always looking for that next challenge as human 存在s ― and I think I’ve 設立する 地雷.’
