麻薬 cheat Dwain 議会s has been told to come clean over what he knows about the use of banned 実体s by 競技者s ーするために help in the 戦う／戦い to eradicate them from the sport.

"Dwain says he made mistakes but there has not been a 乗り気 to point fingers at those who helped him or to be honest about the 麻薬s he was on," Scott told BBC Sport.

"We have to get 持つ／拘留する of this sort of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, which is needed if you are

going to 改善する your 実験（する）ing programme."
