The world’s 主要な rugby nations 軍隊d the International Board to give their 国会議員s a red card yesterday and 回復する the maul in all its rolling glory.

The most alarming ELV of all, one which 脅すd to destroy the essence of the game, the scrum, is also to be scrapped.
