進歩 in 'Rainbow Cup' 計画（する）s

An 協定 has been reached to create a new tournament 構成するing of teams from the Celtic League, Italy and South Africa.

代表者／国会議員s from the Celtic Unions and SA Rugby have 発表するd that 会談 関心ing the 24-team 競争, provisionally known as the 'Rainbow Cup', have reached a successful 結論.

Once agreed the tournament will run for a 最小限 of five years, starting no later than next year and will be held over seven weeks in September and October.
