Elena Baltacha, Britain's 最高の，を越す women's tennis player, has pulled out of the 連邦／共和国 Games in Delhi because of health 関心s.

The 27-year-old, who was 予定 to 代表する Scotland, said she was not 用意が出来ている to take any 危険s because of the chronic 肝臓 条件 which 影響する／感情s her 免疫の system.

The tennis 競争 is scheduled to start on October 4 and Baltacha said: 'After a lot of thought and discussion, I have taken the heartbreaking 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 身を引く. I'm incredibly disappointed because I was really excited about playing for Scotland, but 条件s in Delhi are such that going there would 提起する／ポーズをとる too high a 危険 to my health.
