Wild （軍の）野営地，陣営ing in Scotland could be banned after anti-social behaviour 損害賠償金 環境

The freedom to （軍の）野営地，陣営 in the 広大な／多数の／重要な Scottish outdoors has only been 合法的な for five years but 恐れるs that drunken campers are 損失ing 田舎の areas could see going under canvas in the country's wild areas soon 禁じるd again.

The 国家の Park 当局 (NPA) is hoping the Scottish 政府 will 押し進める through 法律制定 that forbids campers from pitching up テントs in beauty 位置／汚点／見つけ出すs such as Loch Lomond and the Trossachs.

Wild （軍の）野営地，陣営ing was legalised in 2005 under the Land 改革（する） (Scotland) 行為／法令／行動する 2003. However, 予定 to 報告（する）／憶測d 消極的な 影響s on the natural 環境, the NPA wants more 制限s put in place 含むing 限られた／立憲的な zones that cannot be used for wild （軍の）野営地，陣営ing.

The 動機 for the 提案 comes after 報告（する）／憶測s of an 増加する in litter, vandalism, drunkenness and general anti-social behaviour in areas used by campers.

The NPA says that many city dwellers visit the Lochs to 始める，決める up （軍の）野営地，陣営, but その結果 leave a 示す on the area when they pack up and leave.

Sport Scotland said it would like to see all other 選択s considered before introducing the 禁止（する）, as they say it would 影響する／感情 the 大多数 when it is a small 少数，小数派 behaving inappropriately in the area.

The Cairngorms 国家の park has already 支配するd out a （軍の）野営地，陣営ing 禁止（する） as a method of controlling anti-social behaviour. にもかかわらず if the Scottish 政府 認可するs the 提案, the 禁止（する） could be in 影響 from April 2011.
