How to spend 48 hours in Malmo... Savour Sweden's 最高の-trendy foodie 資本／首都 - and the home of Nordic noir

As you 飛行機で行く in, you can’t 行方不明になる it. Rising up in the middle of the Oresund, the stretch of water that separates Sweden from Denmark, is a 橋（渡しをする） that seems to sum up everything about Scandinavia.?

It may sound hellish in winter, but if you do it the Scandinavian way it can be a 楽しみ. The trick is to first toast yourself in the saunas, which come in a variety of 気温s. Afternoon

長，率いるing along Malmo’s cobbled streets, away from the main square, Bord 13 restaurant (bord13.se) ticks all the boxes. It’s small and friendly, and dishes 含む kohlrabi pickled in apple cider, Skane ox, and sustainably caught fish, all served with cloudy, preservative-解放する／自由な natural ワインs.

Day two -morning

Scandinavian hotels always have a generous breakfast 含むd in the price. Stay at the Story Hotel (storyhotels.com) and the 14th-床に打ち倒す restaurant has 見解（をとる）s across the city, 含むing the Turning Torso, Malmo’s striking 超高層ビル, the tallest in Scandinavia.

The city has a brilliant bicycle 計画／陰謀 (malmobybike.se/en). 調印する up and you can hop around like 地元のs. In good 天候, everyone 長，率いるs to the beach or the large park, Pildammsparken. Go through a 中庭 off the historic market square Lilla Torg and you come to a 16th Century 穀物 蓄える／店, home of Sweden’s oldest design museum. With 回転するing 展示s, a shop and a good cafe on the 最高の，を越す 床に打ち倒す, it’s a delightful place to hone your inner Swede.

Afternoon

This area is the new Malmo, 十分な of families on bikes, shops, restaurants and a 素晴らしい 見解（をとる） of the 橋（渡しをする）. It’s a good place to sit outside with some moules frites and watch the world go by.
