In the Grandvalira ski area nearly all 解除するs are open for 商売／仕事

It does seem a bit ありそうもない that the 復活 of the gurus of Girl 力／強力にする has anything どれでも to do with 蓄積するd 降雪 in the French アルプス山脈 this holiday time. But there's not been a start to a winter like this for a １０年間.

It's not just the mountains of フラン that are covered in a uniform 一面に覆う／毛布 of white this 週末. Switzerland is looking good and Austria, for the second 連続した year, has the best 条件s of all, with prime 最高の，を越す to 底（に届く） skiing in whatever 訴える手段／行楽地 you care to 指名する.

This past week has been 激しく 冷淡な and sunny almost everywhere and it should stay that way until at least Christmas Day. The chilly 天候 is helping to keep groomed runs in a perfect 明言する／公表する and is also 許すing 訴える手段／行楽地 労働者s to operate snow 大砲s around the cl ock.

From ボクシング Day onwards we can 推定する／予想する some その上の timely 降雪s before the main （人が）群がるs arrive in the アルプス山脈 for New Year.

For once, it's not a question of where there's enough snow, but where there isn't.

Only parts of Italy and the Pyrenees have 行方不明になるd out on the white flakes 大当り. But if that's where you're 長，率いるd this 週末, don't despair ? in an 普通の／平均（する） year, 条件s in these 訴える手段／行楽地s would still be 述べるd as 'good'.

Andorra is の中で the more unhappy 目的地s, although it should get a dusting today. Some 20cm earlier in the month 供給するd a base and snow 大砲s have been working furiously and with かなりの success to （不足などを）補う for what nature has so far failed to 供給する.

In the Grandvalira ski area (Pas de la Casa and Soldeu/El Tarter) the lower slopes have 35cm and there's an almost respectable 50cm at 2,560m. Nearly all 解除するs are open for 商売／仕事.

Vallnord (Pal/Arinsal/ La Massana and Arcalis) has 35cm at the 底（に届く） and 60-80cm at the 最高の，を越す. As always, little-known Arcalis has caught the extra 10cm.

In Italy, the Dolomites have it thin compared to the main アルプス山脈. Cortina d'Ampezzo (30/80cm) has not had snow since December 11 although it should catch a couple of centimetres today. にもかかわらず, 12 out of 13 解除するs are running.

In the Sella Ronda, snow is even scarcer. Arabba (12/30cm) and Selva Gardena (20/30cm) have barely had a 降雪 this month, but are still managing to open the 大多数 of their 解除するs.

It's a far happier story in Eastern Europe. Bansko in Bulgaria 報告（する）／憶測s a superb 80cm in the village and 180cm at the 最高の，を越す of the 解除する system. Borovets opens today with fresh 砕く throughout - 180cm of it at 中央の-mountain. Even snow-shy Romania has 40/65cm at Poiana Brasov.

But Austria, フラン, and Switzerland have the best of it, with more than 200cm in St Anton and Crans Montana. Meribel and the Trois Vallees have 85/140cm and Tignes has 87/135cm.

Across the 大西洋, ski 条件s are uniformly good from coast to coast in both the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and Canada. Jackson 穴を開ける and Whistler are the 星／主役にするs with 140cm and 160cm at 中央の-mountain それぞれ ? and it's snowing again.

As I h ead off to La Plagne and Val d'Isere by car today, I'm packing snowchains and, for the first time in years, a shovel. Happy Christmas and ski carefully.
