She told how she had '重さを計るd up the 危険s' and that getting the jab was the 'best thing' to keep her and her loved ones 安全な.
She penned in the caption: 'Not long until I have my 操作/手術 & 感謝する for my booster ワクチン. Do I love it? No... But I've 重さを計るd up the 危険s (before my breast 癌 diagnosis & since) & for me & other people, the vax is the best thing to keep me, my loved ones & the people I come into 接触する with 安全な.?

Julia recently broke 負かす/撃墜する in 涙/ほころびs as she spoke of her 近づいている 操作/手術 during an 外見 on Woman's Hour.
'Very quickly your life changes and there is this 微光 that the first thing you think about is death and the worst possible シナリオ', she said.
The 新聞記者/雑誌記者 - who has children Zeph, 10, and twins Zena and Xanthe, six, with husband Gerard Cunningham - 設立する a lump in her breast last year which 証明するd to be a benign cluster of cysts.

'I 収容する/認める I was a little bit sloppy. It took me a month until I spoke to my GP, who I've known since I was 18.

Julia needed to have a mammogram 権利 away. 'Within minutes I was having a 生体検査, that's when I knew I was on a different path,' she said.
'That was the first moment I felt sadness and 恐れる because everything just changed so quickly, but of course that's what happens with 癌.'

She said: '癌 has so many points, the diagnosis seems like everything, but it isn't. It puts you on a pathway and you have to navigate that while 持つ/拘留するing 支援する your emotions so you are not 圧倒するd all the time.
