Millie Mackintosh has 明らかにする／漏らすd she has started taking 医薬 to help with 苦悩 which she has struggled with for years.

The former Made In Chelstea 星／主役にする, 33, took to Instagram on Thursday and 株d a candid 地位，任命する about her struggles with mental health.

Millie explained she has been seeing a therapist to を取り引きする some 'painful experiences' from her teenage years and has 設立する the 医薬 to be helpful.

She said:?'I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to have a catch up. I 株d a lot about how I felt during my pregnancies & 4th trimester 旅行s, but I 港／避難所't checked in for a while so thought I'd 株 a bit about life lately, 特に my own self-ca re.

'I recently 記録，記録的な／記録するd a podcast for @thegoodglow.ie where I 株d something, that in all honesty I didn't think I would. I have had 苦悩 most of my life and 設立する helpful 道具s manage it.?

'However, since lockdown & becoming a mother my 苦悩 (特に social 苦悩) really started to take over, 消費するing my thoughts 主要な me to feeling 罠にかける.?

'I engaged with therapy, to try and understand where the 苦悩茎・取り除くs from, which meant visiting some painful experiences from my teenage years in hope it would 解放（する） some of the 協会 and 苦悩, Instead I 設立する it really 誘発する／引き起こすing & became more anxious than ever.

'After a lot of thought & discussions with my therapist we decided a low dose of 定める／命ずるd 医薬, whilst continuing talk therapy would be the best way 今後 for now.?

'Although I knew this was the best 決定／判定勝ち（する）, I 設立する it difficult to 収容する／認める to myself & to my family that I needed this 肉親，親類d of help.?

'I would always encourage and support friends and family in their own mental health 旅行 but I guess it's different when you are the one in need.'

Millie 追加するd that she is now feeling better than ever and feels like she is 'in 支配（する）／統制する' of her life once more.

'存在 open about mental health is so important! Life is not always as shiny as it seems on here and I feel 堅固に about normalising these conversations.?
