'I recently 記録,記録的な/記録するd a podcast for @thegoodglow.ie where I 株d something, that in all honesty I didn't think I would. I have had 苦悩 most of my life and 設立する helpful 道具s manage it.?

'However, since lockdown & becoming a mother my 苦悩 (特に social 苦悩) really started to take over, 消費するing my thoughts 主要な me to feeling 罠にかける.?

'I engaged with therapy, to try and understand where the 苦悩 茎・取り除くs from, which meant visiting some painful experiences from my teenage years in hope it would 解放(する) some of the 協会 and 苦悩, Instead I 設立する it really 誘発する/引き起こすing & became more anxious than ever.

'After a lot of thought & discussions with my therapist we decided a low dose of 定める/命ずるd 医薬, whilst continuing talk therapy would be the best way 今後 for now.?

'Although I knew this was the best 決定/判定勝ち(する), I 設立する it difficult to 収容する/認める to myself & to my family that I needed this 肉親,親類d of help.?

'I would always encourage and support friends and family in their own mental health 旅行 but I guess it's different when you are the one in need.'
