Speaking on her Blended podcast, psychotherapist Emily Samuel said: 'These things of wanting to make it [Christmas] perfect come from a good place of wanting every one to have a good time but in reality your kids are going to have the best time if you are able to take care of yourself. If you are not able to take care of yourself then that is going to 影響する／感情 everybody.'
