'Critics are out to get me,' says Jonathan Ross as he's humiliated at the Baftas

Jonathan Ross has been snubbed by the television 産業 after failing to 勝利，勝つ at last night's Bafta Television Awards.

The presenter lost out to ITV comedian Harry Hill in the 部類 of best entertainment performer.

The 決定／判定勝ち（する） 示唆するs that some of his peers have grown tired of his antics in the wake of the Andrew Sachs 事件／事情／状勢.

But on the red carpet at London's 王室の Festival Hall last night, Ross complained that there was a マスコミ 共謀 against him and the BBC.

答える／応じるing to （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he should never have been 指名するd for an award, he said: 'There are 確かな members of the 圧力（をかける） who may have an 協議事項 against the BBC and me perhaps. In which 事例／患者 we don't listen to them.'

Both certainly had a disappointing night, with the 放送者 winning just four awards? -? in contrast to five for ITV and seven for Channel 4.

EastEnders actress June Brown, 82, who plays Dot Cotton, had been tipped to 勝利，勝つ the best actress award but was beaten by newcomer Anna Maxwell ツバメ for her 業績／成果 in Channel 4's Poppy Shakespeare.

It was 行方不明になる Brown's first 指名／任命 in an 事実上の／代理 career spanning almost 50 years.

French and Saunders received an 学院 Fellowship for their ' 優れた 団体／死体 of work'.

This is the highest award that Bafta can bestow. Previous 受取人s 含む Sir David 霜, Dame Judi Dench, David Jason and Richard Curtis.

The 法案 won best continuing 演劇, outshining favourites EastEnders and 載冠（式）／即位（式） Street.

The X Factor won the best entertainment programme 部類 for the third time in its five-year history, （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing Harry Hill's TV Burp, QI, and The Sunday Night 事業／計画（する）.

ITV also won the sport accolade for its 決まり文句／製法 One ニュース報道 of the Brazilian Grand Prix.

This was a bittersweet victory as this year the 放送者 lost the 権利s to モーター racing to the BBC.
