He said:?'The way I build all of my meals is around really good grass-fed, good 質 meat, red meat. Always throw in a bit of 肝臓 同様に every few days - good grass-fed, good 質 肝臓.
'So much 研究 going into this of 現実に how we need red meat and how nutrient dense 肝臓 is, but I try and 選ぶ the really good grass-fed 質 stuff.
