Lottie recently 詳細(に述べる)d the 'loneliness' she felt while grieving for her loved ones, and how she wished she'd sought therapy sooner, after 捜し出すing the help に引き続いて F?licit?'s passing.

Speaking on the Grief 肉親,親類d podcast with 告訴する Ryder, Lottie told Clover Stroud: 'When my mum died, there was never any conversations about getting any help.

'Looking 支援する, that was やめる shocking to me and I talk about it やめる a lot but, you know, 特に the fact that she had 癌.

'It was a 医療の illness and we were surrounded by a lot of 医療の professionals, and there were young children 伴う/関わるd, and there didn't seem to be any sit-負かす/撃墜する conversations where it was like, 'Do we want to sort out getting some help.'

'So I never had anything when I lost my mum, it was only when I lost my sister that I thought, 'You know, she ended up losing her life, she might have been okay if she would have got the help she needed.''

'I think when Fizz died, it was 明白に such a shock. And it was like a 不信 that we were going to go through this again.

'You know, 肉親,親類d of felt like we were just coming through the other 味方する of losing my mum. And then for it to happen again. It was just shocking.'

Lottie 追加するd that after her sister's death she began having therapy, and recommended 告訴する Ryder's 解放する/自由な grief counselling after 取引,協定ing with her own 'painful, long and scary 旅行'.

She continued: 'You do have this feeling of loneliness, because really, unless someone's experienced the exact same thing, which not many people have, you're not going to be able to relate to people and you 肉親,親類d of you almost feel a bit like the 半端物 one out.'

Johannah, who was also mother to former One Direction 星/主役にする Louis, sadly lost her life after a 戦う/戦い with leukaemia 老年の just 43.

She said: 'We were 申し込む/申し出d nothing. I think it was shocking because my first loss was a very 医療の thing. My mum had 癌 so we were in and out of hospital'.?

'We were around 医療の professionals a lot so to not really be 申し込む/申し出d the help was やめる shocking, really, looking 支援する. But at the time, it just felt やめる normal.'?
