She wrote: 'I have struggled with my periods my whole adult life - but over the last five years or so my PMS symptoms have been 完全に out of 支配(する)/統制する - it has 影響する/感情d my 関係s, my work & my 質 of life.?

'At times, it made me feel like I was going insane - I just do not recognise myself for 2 weeks of the month & ever so 徐々に - that time でっちあげる,人を罪に陥れる is becoming longer - and いつかs, when I'm proper in the 中央 of this & 全く 消費するd by my own dark thoughts I 納得させる myself that I'm never going to get better, that these feelings and thoughts aren't 一時的な. 'But the last couple of months have made me realise I can't go on like this - I'm getting married to the most amazing man, I have the best family & friends & a 職業 I love - and yet I still spend half the month lost.'

What is premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)??

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a more 厳しい form of the more ありふれた premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
