Heartbreak for American Idol lovebirds as Jacqueline makes it through... but boyfriend Nick is sent home
With half the contestants 存在 sent home on the very first day, the Hollywood 行う／開催する／段階 of American Idol got off to an emotional start onscreens tonight.
There was heartbreak for two lovebirds as only one of them made it through to the next 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of the 競争.
Jacqueline Dunford, 22, should have been over the moon as the 裁判官s told her she was 進歩ing to the next 行う／開催する／段階 of the 攻撃する，衝突する U.S. reality show.
But smiles turned to 涙／ほころびs as her 19-year-old boyfriend Nick 密告者 - who she met in college - was given the boot.

But while the パネル盤 were impressed with Jacqueline's audition, they were not so keen on her boy friend and sent him home.

'I just want to sing some more. I think I 向こうずね a lot at the end of that song,' he said.
'I want to continue with my baby. I'm so happy for her, but I just wish you guys would let me sing a teeny bit more.'
