It was the night when some of the world's most beautiful women showed classic elegance can never be beaten as the 王室の Albert Hall hosted the beauty world's Oscars.

But there were some exceptions. Lady Victoria Hervey raised fashion-conscious eyebrows in a shocking Scott Henshall catsuit 削減（する） to the waist and held up by a glittering golden 禁止（する）d 叫び声をあげるing the Batman-style pop art スローガン "Pow!", showing her taste for the flamboyant has by no means 病弱なd.

But while Lady Victoria 試みる／企てるd to 明らかにする／漏らす as much as possible, Joely Richardson and Jodie Kidd showed how いっそう少なく really is more.

With elegant floorsweeping outfits, the actress and the model stole the show.

Kidd, 23,drew admiring ちらりと見ることs for her simple backless white gown, which the supermodel wore with simple jewellery and a matching white 包む.

And 37-year-old Richardson's Valentino gold silk shirt and matching gold roll-necked jumper was also in keeping with the night's 主題 of elegance, 明らかにする／漏らすing nothing in the way of flesh - but everything about how to dress.

Supermodel Helena Christensen, 31, modelled a classic little 黒人／ボイコット dress, while television 星／主役にする Amanda Holden, 32,arrived in a simple grey dress which 避けるd 急落（する），激減（する）ing necklines or long slits.

The women were on show at last night's Pantene プロの／賛成の-V spirit of Beauty Awards, hosted by 絶対 Fabulous 星／主役にするs Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders, who also left their characters' garish outfits at home,preferring to stick to simple 黒人／ボイコット. The show saw awards given to Elizabeth Hurley and David Beckham - although neither was there to 選ぶ them up.

Hurley was 指名するd most stylish 女性（の） celebrity, （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing Victoria Beckham, Sarah Jessica Parker and Cat Deeley, while Beckham 勝利d over actors Brad Pitt, Jude 法律 and Ewan McGregor.

Other 星／主役にするs who show ed that elegance may 井戸／弁護士席 be the new 黒人／ボイコット 含むd Tania Bryer, who 選ぶd up Hurley's award on her に代わって in a long 黒人／ボイコット gown, and model Sophie Anderton, who matched Bryer's 黒人／ボイコット dress with one of her own.

Tamzin Outhwaite also stuck to a 控えめの 黒人／ボイコット outfit, but there were more 注目する，もくろむ-catching dresses on 陳列する，発揮する.

Rachel Hunter, who arrived without boyfriend Robbie Williams, chose an aquamarine skirt 削除するd to the thigh and matched it with a 人物／姿／数字-hugging bodice 最高の，を越す.

Nell McAndrew, who starred in I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!, also took the bodice approach with a long blue gown matched to a 粘着するing shoulderless 最高の，を越す.
