TOWIE's Sam and Billie Faiers at centre of turf war as Lucy Mecklenburgh's father 計画（する）s three-storey コンビナート／複合体 which will 'hang over' their boutique

Sam and Billie Faiers have 設立する themselves at the centre of something of a turf war after Lucy Mecklenburgh's father Paul was 認めるd planning 許可 to 建設する a new three-storey コンビナート／複合体 next to their fashion boutique Minnie's.

But while many shopkeepers in 栄冠を与える Street, Brentwood, have welcomed the prospect of the multi-million 続けざまに猛撃する 開発, dubbed TOWIE towers by 地元のs, The Only Way Is Essex 星／主役にするs Sam and Billie have complained that the 提案するd building will 'hang over' their shop and 封鎖する out the light.

The pair are even considering moving their 蓄える／店, によれば their mother 告訴する 井戸／弁護士席s, who also has a 株 in the boutique.

She said: 'We are really going to struggle with that 抱擁する 開発 hanging over us. We are even 熟視する／熟考するing moving because of the 開発. It's going to 封鎖する all our light out - we get very little light as it is.'

The コンビナート／複合体, which will 含む／封じ込める 14 flats and ground-床に打ち倒す shops, will be on the corner of 栄冠を与える Street and Hart Street, overlooking cobbled Ropers Yard, where Minnie's Boutique has its 前提s.

He said: 'It's not so much of a big 封鎖する 非常に高い above the shops, but we are more 関心d about the loss of 貿易（する） while the building work is going on.

'I can't see how it is going to go 滑らかに with 機械／機構 having to work so closely to us. You would have thought we would be the first to get a letter.'

'That is why we want a feature on the corner of Hart Street and 栄冠を与える Street that will stand out. We think it will 改善する the street and 商売／仕事s say it will 改善する it too.'
