And for 13-year-old Sophie, who is blind and 苦しむs from 審理，公聴会 and muscle difficulties, it was Beyonce herself who brought her dream to life.

During her concert in Perth, Australia on Friday night, the megastar made smiles materialize and hearts melt as she 選び出す／独身d out the special young girl and sang a duet with her.
