Stood shirtless, flexing his incredible gym-honed muscles, it;'s not hard to see why Zac Efron has such a 抱擁する fanbase.
But Seth Rogen's character isn't の中で them in their new film Neighbors.
In the R-率d 全世界の／万国共通の feature, Rogen and Rose Byrne play Kelly and Mac Radner, a married couple with a brand-new baby daughter.
Although they seem like the perfect couple, the 二人組 feels 罠にかける by their new baby. Enter Teddy やすりを削る人／削る機械s (Efron) - and 50 of his frat brothers.

As the shirtless Teddy struts by, they marvel 'he's like something a gay guy designed in a 研究室／実験室'.
But as the new neighbors begin to 始める，決める up shop next door, Kelly and Mac grow worried.
Like any 始める，決める of marrieds with a brand-new bundle of joy, the 二人組 すぐに become 関心d at the prospect of 取引，協定ing with all-night parties and beer-swilling jocks just a few feet away.
