Speaking on The One Show after his death, he said: ‘Firstly, I have to say this is one of the saddest days of my life. Things have been going through my mind all day. When you know somebody so 井戸／弁護士席, it’s very difficult not to keep thinking about him.’

His funeral will be held at his 地元の church, St John the Evangelist in Shirley, and followed by a service at Croydon Crematorium before a wake at his ゴルフ club in New Addington.
