Lindsay Lohan 告訴するd over car chase for 'emotional 苦しめる'

A Los Angeles woman who was 運動ing a car that Lindsay Lohan is （刑事）被告 of chasing through city streets in July is 告訴するing the troubled actress, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing her behaviour could have 原因（となる）d 傷害 or death.

Lohan was 逮捕（する）d in the 早期に morning hours of July 24 by police in Santa Monica, California, a beach community in Los Angeles 郡. It was the second time the actress had been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 酔っ払い運転 in 最近の weeks.

The 訴訟 said Rice was a 乗客 in a car driven by Michelle つつく／ペック, the mother of Lohan's personal assistant who やめる working for the actress only hours earlier.
