Last week, it was rumoured Home And Away actress actress Pia Miller's character Katarina Chapman would be killed off the soap after filming a car 衝突，墜落 scene.

And on Wednesday, the cast were pictured looking downcast during a solemn funeral service on 始める，決める in Sydney.

Two 棺s were used during the scene, 示唆するing that both Kat and her unborn child died after the 事故.
