Gillian Anderson has said Margaret Thatcher had 'the most 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の mind' as she discussed playing her in season four of The 栄冠を与える.

The actress, 52, portrays the former 総理大臣 in the new season of the 批判的に 称讃するd series which debuted on Netflix on Sunday.

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar about the 役割 for their 就任の Bazaar At Work Week series, Gillian said: 'I wouldn’t やむを得ず agree with her leadership style. By the end, I think she became やめる 独裁的な.?

She said: 'Childhood is always a very helpful and informative place to start. Margaret Thatcher grew up as a grocer’s daughter and as an alderman’s daughter ? a Methodist ? so all of those 面s defined who she was as 総理大臣, her 政策s and how she 予算d for the country.?

'She built her world; she really worked hard to get to where she was. Whether you are a 支持者 of hers or not, or like her or don’t like her, you can’t let go of the fact that she really made herself.'

When asked how she chooses a 役割, Gillian said she likes to play characters unlike others she has portrayed in the past.

She said: 'The conscious 決定／判定勝ち（する）s I make are about 存在 challenged, doing a character that I don’t feel like I’ve done before.?

'I think I’m more attracted to women who have something to say or are やめる 決定するd, because I tend to be やめる 決定するd myself.'
