She's been busy training for her debut on the ice rink on Dancing On Ice.

And Myleene Klass showed off how much she has 改善するd at doing handstands since starting her 準備s for the show at Alexandra Palace.

The presenter, 42, took to Instagram on Wednesday to 株 a ビデオ と一緒に her daughter Ava, 13, and her プロの／賛成の ice skating partner Lukasz Rozycki, where she held herself up with 緩和する against the 塀で囲む.

She recently 認める that she is struggling with skating practice, and is feeling 'dishevelled', after learning some of her celebrity co-星／主役にするs are already learning to jump.??

The show doesn't start until the new year but all contestants get in a few months of training beforehand.?
