'I know I've not been me and who I should have been the last few years, and that's what this (holiday) is about.'

Their adrenaline-燃料d adventure takes them across the breadth of the country as they mountain bike across the rocky paths of Eryri (also known as Snowdonia), hang glide in the 頂点(に達する) 地区, skydive in Skegness, quad bike through Northumberland, horse rid in Cornwall and bungee jump off Garry 橋(渡しをする) Pitlochry in Scotland.
