示す Wright held 支援する his 涙／ほころびs as he 明らかにする／漏らすd his new family travel series felt like delving into a long therapy 開会／開廷／会期.

The former TOWIE 星／主役にする, 36, 小旅行するs Britain in his new BBC series A Wright Family Holiday, with his brother Josh and dad 示す 上級の, and said it made him 反映する on his life and how his busy career 衝撃d his loved ones.

In one episode of the show, 示す 自白するs:?'存在 away from my family has happened 徐々に, and it's gotten more and more… I'm not proud of it.

'I can't say no to work because I'm so in 恐れる of losing it all. I have this real struggle 打ち勝つing that 恐れる ? that one day it's genuinely all going to be gone.

'It spirals, doesn't it? If I feel like I'm going to lose it all, that makes me work more, see my family いっそう少なく, and makes my 長，率いる feel a bit more crazy.

'I know I've not been me and who I should have been the last few years, and that's what this (holiday) is about.'

'I genuinely think that comes from watching you go through the things you had to go through in life to get 支援する on your feet.

'I think I'm so 脅すd every day that everything that I've got is going to end.'

He continued: 'I know that I've not been me, and who I should've been the last few years and that's what this about. Just trying to （不足などを）補う for it.'

Their adrenaline-燃料d adventure takes them across the breadth of the country as they mountain bike across the rocky paths of Eryri (also known as Snowdonia), hang glide in the 頂点（に達する） 地区, skydive in Skegness, quad bike through Northumberland, horse rid in Cornwall and bungee jump off Garry 橋（渡しをする） Pitlochry in Scotland.

The 目的（とする） of the trip was for 示す and his family to reconnect after 示す Snr nearly died from COVID during the pandemic and also lost his brother, Eddie, to the ウイルス.?

示す said about having a 脅す watching his dad bungee jump: 'When dad got to the 底（に届く）, where it pulls you 支援する up, his 団体／死体 went 完全に floppy. He was silent.

'We 絶対 c****** it, thinking he'd passed out. Nobody knows this but we could see the 乗組員 running around and some one shouted, 'I'll get the defib!'

'Me and Josh ? our hearts are in our mouths until he 答える／応じるs. To this day he says he didn't pass out and he did it on 目的, but it was a very scary moment.'

示す 上級の married Carol, in 1983, and, 同様に as 示す and Josh, the couple are parents to fellow TOWIE 星／主役にする Jessica, 37, and youngest daughter Natalya, 22.

以前 speaking about the new adventure, 示す said: 'I'm 絶対 buzzing for this. At this 行う／開催する／段階 in my life I want to do things that I really want to do and love.

'And I'll do all of this with two of my favourite people on earth ― my two best mates, the bro and my dad. It's a dream come true and I can't wait. It's gonna be one hell of a ride.'
