Stacey Solomon has 株d a fresh health update after she had to be 急ぐd to hospital on the last day of her family holiday to Jamaica.
The Loose Women 星／主役にする, 34, took to social マスコミ on Sunday to 明らかにする／漏らす she had been struck 負かす／撃墜する by an 感染 while on her trip.
She explained that her fever got so high she had to go to hospital and be 扱う／治療するd with oxygen, 抗生物質s and an IV drip.
Speaking to her Instagram 信奉者s again on Wednesday, Stacey gave an update, 説: 'I finally feel half human. I have come downstairs - Joe is looking after me. He is making a soup 現在／一般に.?
'I have finally come downstairs, it sounds ridiculous but I have felt so rough. I woke up this morning and it was such a nice feeling...

It comes after Stacey said she would be taking things 平易な for a while after her hospital experience '脅すd' her.
She had jetted off to the Caribbean with 20 of her family members for a festive break, joined by her husband Joe Swash , their children, Stacey's sister Jemma, her dad David and her nieces and 甥s.
However, on the day before their flight 支援する home, the mother-of-five fell ill suddenly and her 条件 only got worse through the evening.
She explained: 'We had the worst 出口 from Jamaica of all time. And I can't even like get over it. Because it doesn't feel real in my 長，率いる. And today's the first day, I felt like I'm walking around the house and feel normal.'
She 解任するd: 'But anyway, 削減（する） a long story short on the day before we were travelling home, I started to feel a little bit 'flu-ey' so I was like oh I'm getting that flu that everyone's got. Annoying. That's alright, we're going home tomorrow, so I'll just get through it, get over it and carry on.
'So I carried on and as the day went on it just got worse and worse. So I was like, "You know what Joe, you take the kids to dinner, I'm just going to go to bed. I don't feel 広大な／多数の／重要な, I need to sleep this off."
'And then he got 支援する from dinner, took one look at me and rang my sister and my mum because he was like she looks a mess. He was like you were sweating and laying there and I was like, "Oh my god".

'So my sister comes into the room and I know it's serious when my sister comes in. Because she's a nurse she's very much like you're 罰金 unless you're not 罰金 and then she'll be like 持つ／拘留する on a second.
'So she （機の）カム in and was like, "We need to sit you up, 冷静な／正味の you 負かす／撃墜する, get you some paracetamol". Did all her nursing stuff and every time she checked my 気温, all I remember was her not 説 anything and I was like, "Jemma what's happening?" And she was like, "No it's okay!"
'But it weren't. Because afterwards she told me my 気温 was going up and not coming 負かす／撃墜する and that is not a good 調印する.'
Stacey continued: 'So they called the 医療の team inside the hotel and the nurse （機の）カム 負かす／撃墜する and took one look at me and put an oxygen mask on.
'And then she was covering me in wet towels and my 気温 was still too high so she literally said she needs to get to the hospital and get some IV 抗生物質s and fluids in her and 実験（する）s.'
She began laughing as she 結論するd: 'So yeah I ended up in hospital in Jamaica. I don't know why I'm laughing but it doesn't feel real. Do you ever have an experience where you're like, did that even happen to me?
'I was perfectly normal, like 絶対 罰金 one minute and then next minute, I'm not joking I was in hospital on an IV drip with an oxygen mask on! I've never had a oxygen mask in my life. I'm so 乾燥した，日照りの from everything and I just feel so 甚だしい／１２ダース.'
Stacey went on: 'So anyway the IV and everything went in and I did start to feel 即時に so much better. Still rough as hell but way better than what I was.
Stacey begged the hospital to let her 飛行機で行く home with the 残り／休憩（する） of her family and said that she felt much better on Sunday and 'like a normal human again'

'And they got me to a point wh ere they were happy for me to 飛行機で行く home. So I did the flight home. Poor Joe had all the kids for 10 hours!
'And I literally went to sleep as soon as I got home and today is the first day I've started to feel like a normal human again.'
