告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s laid over WA 反逆者／反逆するs bikie 殺人
A man has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with organising and 支払う／賃金ing for the 殺人 of 上級の 反逆者／反逆するs bikie Nick ツバメ.
ツバメ was 発射 dead from long 範囲 while …に出席するing a drag racing event at Perth Motorplex in December with his wife and other associates.
His son-in-法律 Ricky Chapman, a former Bandidos member, was also 負傷させるd in the attack and a five-year-old boy was grazed by a 弾丸 fragment.
The shooter, a 35-year-old man whose 身元 is 抑えるd, was 以前 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with one count of 殺人 and two counts of unlawful 行為／法令／行動する or omission with 意図 to 害（を与える）.
That man, who is believed to have a 軍の background, has since pleaded 有罪の to the 殺人.

Police will also 主張する the man paid the same shooter to 殺人 a women and another 上級の bikie who 現在／一般に lives overseas.
Their 殺人s never eventuated.
"This is a 重要な 開発, we've already had the shooter of Nick ツバメ 罪を認める - but this, we'll 主張する is the organiser of the 殺人 of Nick ツバメ," Mr Blanch told reporters on Monday.
"Their violent, 脅迫 activities will not be 許容するd.
"無法者 motorcycle ギャング（団）s are on notice... it's time to go."
