移住 system 'failing home 建設業者s'

Home 建設業者s want 移住 過程s tweaked to make it easier to plug 技術s gaps in an 産業 that's 苦しむing 厳しい 労働 不足s.

The 住宅 産業 協会 says 存在するing 移住 過程s are too コンビナート/複合体, 高くつく/犠牲の大きい and fail to recognise the unique way the 産業 operates, making it difficult for 貿易(する)s to 新採用する 技術d 労働者s from overseas.

In a submission to the Department of Home 事件/事情/状勢s' review of the 移住 system, the 協会 said upskilling and training was central to building a 維持できる long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 全労働人口.

But in the 合間 技術d 移住 should play a bigger 役割 in 緩和 労働 不足s, it said.

While high-需要・要求する building 貿易(する)s are の中で the 占領/職業s 井戸/弁護士席 serviced by ビザs, there has been very little take-up by 産業.

That's partly 予定 to the cost, the submission said, with much of the 貿易(する) 請負業者 全労働人口 made up of small 商売/仕事s with 限られた/立憲的な 資源s.

Another 障壁 is a ビザ 必要物/必要条件 that 委任統治(領)s 労働者s stay with an 雇用者 for a 始める,決める period of time.

The 協会 said this is impractical in the construction 産業 as 技術d tradies often operate as 請負業者s and work across 多重の 場所/位置s and for several 建設業者s each week.

It also recognised 移住 与える/捧げるs to 住宅 需要・要求する and new home building.

The 協会's submission said it was important that 政策s "的 working 老年の 技術d 移住 and 商売/仕事 移住" to mitigate the 率 of 拒絶する/低下する in the 割合 of working 老年の people compared to those over 65 years of age.
