New 操縦する to 上げる disability 雇用
The 連邦の 政府 has 署名／調印するd a を取り引きする a 重要な 商売／仕事 group for a 操縦する program designed to の近くに the gap in 雇用 for people with disability.
The 政府 put aside $3.3 million for the 操縦する disability 雇用 program in the wake of the 職業s and 技術s 首脳会議 held in September last year.
The memorandum of understanding between the 商売／仕事 会議 of Australia (BCA) and the Albanese 政府 will 始める，決める the 行う／開催する／段階 for a 操縦する program that will 実験（する） new ways to 運動 organisational change and help 商売／仕事s 改善する avenues for 雇うing people with disabilities.
At the moment, only わずかに more than half of the 2.1 million Australians with disability of working age are in the 労働 全労働人口.
"We also know 93 per cent of working-age people with disability 直面する difficulties finding work 予定 to the 欠如（する） of suitable 雇用 and perceived 制限s of their disability," Social Services 大臣 Amanda Rishworth said.
"This new 雇用 操縦する 捜し出すs to 演説（する）／住所 this and 供給する 重要な 利益s to people with disability, 雇用者s and 商売／仕事s, the economy and the broader community," she said.
The 政府 and the BCA will co-design the 操縦する program in 共同 with people living with a disability.
