An 移民／移住 抑留者 from Iraq has died in a 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd 自殺 at Villawood 拘留，拘置 Centre.
The Department of Home 事件／事情／状勢s, which 監督するs 移民／移住 拘留，拘置, 確認するd the death of the man on Sunday.
"The department and Australian 国境 軍隊 表明する our 弔慰s to the man's family and friends," a Home 事件／事情／状勢s spokesperson said.
"The 事柄 has been referred for 調査 to the appropriate 機関s, 含むing the NSW 検死官.
"As this 事柄 will be 支配する to 現在進行中の 調査, it would not be appropriate to comment その上の."
The 難民 活動／戦闘 連合 were 警報d to the death 早期に on Sunday morning, with the Iraqi 抑留者 in his 30s 設立する dead in his 独房.
The man is believed to have been last seen alive at 10pm on Saturday in his 独房. He was a 抑留者 for five years.
"It is shocking that there has been yet another 自殺 in Villawood 拘留，拘置 centre," the 連合's 広報担当者 Ian Rintoul said.
"It is not just a factory for mental illness, it is becoming a 自殺 factory."
The 連合 says the man had been moved several times at the centre because of 緊張s with other 抑留者s, 含むing a fight with another man on Saturday night.
