Scorcher Kelly opens up on 'scary' fielding 事故
Perth Scorchers paceman Matt Kelly says he 恐れるd he had 苦しむd a serious 傷害 after 存在 struck 紅潮／摘発する on the 直面する during a freak fielding 事故 last month.
Kelly was at the 非，不，無-striker's end ready to catch a fielder's return throw when the ball ricocheted off Aaron Finch's bat and 大砲d straight into the bowler's 直面する.
The 28-year-old crumpled to the turf and was left 血まみれのd and concussed - 判決，裁定 him out of last week's qualifying final 勝利，勝つ over the Sydney Sixers.
Kelly has now fully 回復するd, and will return for Saturday's grand final at Optus Stadium if he earns the 選択 nod ahead of spinner Peter Hatzoglou.
"It was pretty scary. It wasn't nice to be a part of," Kelly said of the fielding 事故.
"I've only looked 支援する at it once and I don't ーするつもりである to watch it again.
"It's not too nice to talk about. I do remember the ball coming in and hitting me, and then there's a bit of a blank 位置／汚点／見つけ出す there.
"I was lucky I didn't lose all my teeth and that my jaw was 罰金, so I'm very 感謝する.

Hatzoglou is yet to take a wicket in his four 外見s in Perth this season, while Kelly has snared five scalps in five matches at Optus Stadium.
"Unfortunately that's the nature of sport," Kelly said of the 選択 squeeze.
"We're all 競争の激しい people and we want to play all the time.
"We love 存在 part of this group. To have success you're going to have to make sacrifices, and that means 選択 窮地s.
"I'm glad I'm not making that 決定／判定勝ち（する）."
