支持するs call for 国家の 保証（人） for children
The 連邦の and 明言する／公表する 政府s have been 勧めるd to 合法的に 保証（人） 接近 to at least two years of preschool.
More than 50 groups and individuals have 調印するd an open letter ahead of a 国家の 早期に years 首脳会議 in Canberra on Thursday.
"It has been （疑いを）晴らす for many years that the siloed and fractured approach to 早期に years 開発 is letting Australian children and families 負かす／撃墜する," said one of the 加盟国s, 栄える by Five director, Jay Weatherill.
"With the 早期に years 首脳会議 and the 開発 of a 国家の 早期に years 戦略, we can reshape the 早期に years for 未来 Australian children and through them, 安全な・保証する our nation's 未来."
国家的に, there is 基金d 接近 for four-year-olds and in some 明言する／公表するs that 接近 is 存在 延長するd to three year olds.
But the 支持するs say it should be 利用できる to three year olds across the country.
The 加盟国s have also called for a 保証（人） of 包括的な family support, 含むing playgroups and inclusive community-based disability support; community-controlled, culturally appropriate services for Indigenous Australians; and 接近 to 幼児 and maternal health care.
The 保証（人） would be overseen by a new 連邦／共和国-明言する／公表する 早期に childhood 団体／死体.
"All Australian children deserve the best start in life and it's up to us to make that happen," the letter says.
The 問題／発行する of 早期に childhood education and care is 存在 診察するd by the 生産性 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限, with a 報告（する）／憶測 予定 to be 手渡すd to the 連邦の 政府 in 中央の-2024.
The 調査 is considering cost and availability 障壁s and ways to support better 結果s for children and familie s.
早期に Childhood 文部大臣 Anne Aly 認める the system needed 改革（する） as it was a "mixed model" across the 明言する／公表するs and 領土s.
"These are all 問題／発行するs the 生産性 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 review will look into (and) that will give us good insights into how we can look at 改革（する）ing the system," she told Sky News on Tuesday.
Childcare 補助金 率s are 予定 to 増加する from July, under a 計画（する） Labor took to the 選挙.
Asked whether the move could 追加する to インフレーション and should be 延期するd, Dr Aly said it would not, because it would 改善する 生産性 in the 全労働人口.
She said 救済 for families was an 選挙 かかわり合い and the childcare changes were "a centrepiece" of that.
