Renegade MP and Minns' mate 勝利，勝つs 投票（する） in new NSW parly
Renegade 国家のs MP Ben Franklin has been elected 大統領，／社長 of the NSW upper house, 反抗するing his party and 手渡すing Chris Minns his first 議会の 勝利，勝つ as 首相.
The 選挙 of Mr Franklin, whose touted 指名／任命 led to the downfall of 国家のs leader Paul 道具, gives Labor an easier path to passing 法律制定, with the 政府 and the 連合 行き詰まるd 15 投票（する）s apiece in the 42-seat 議会.
Mr Franklin was elected 反対者のない after the 連合 strung out 訴訟／進行s by 指名するing every Labor upper house MP, 含むing Treasurer Daniel Mookhey.
"It is a 深く，強烈に 重要な 役割 and I know there has been commentary about it," Mr Franklin said after taking the 議長，司会を務める on Tuesday.
"But there is nothing more important than having an 独立した・無所属 and impartial umpire of a 議会 to 確実にする its dignity is upheld and the 審議 can 続いて起こる that is fair to all 味方するs."

Minutes after his 任命, the 独立した・無所属 MP for Lake Macquarie Greg Piper was elected 反対者のない as lower house （衆議院の）議長.
He was led to the 議長，司会を務める by fellow 独立した・無所属s Joe McGirr and Alex Greenwich.
The two 選挙s 許すs the Minns' 政府 to 始める，決める about 供給するing 救済 for stretched NSW renters and 保護する public 資産s in its first 議会の moves since 存在 swept to 力／強力にする in March.
The 首相 says he will fight for every 投票（する） to 追求する his 協議事項 にもかかわらず entering 議会 without a 大多数 in either house.
