Staff want meaningful 仕事s to fill time saved by tech

労働者s don't want their days filled with boring 仕事s to 単に 占領する the hours saved by chatbots and 自動化するd email.

Nine in 10 労働者s say feeling happy and engaged at work is 重要な to their 生産性, によれば 研究 解放(する)d by tech 会社/堅い Slack on Tuesday.

People in sales, marketing and 顧客 service were keen to 可決する・採択する 人工的な 知能 and automation to get their 職業 done.

Slack's Asia-太平洋の 科学(工学)技術 evangelist Derek Laney told AAP it is not about 取って代わるing people with machines.
