Staff want meaningful 仕事s to fill time saved by tech
労働者s don't want their days filled with boring 仕事s to 単に 占領する the hours saved by chatbots and 自動化するd email.
Nine in 10 労働者s say feeling happy and engaged at work is 重要な to their 生産性, によれば 研究 解放（する）d by tech 会社／堅い Slack on Tuesday.

Slack's Asia-太平洋の 科学（工学）技術 evangelist Derek Laney told AAP it is not about 取って代わるing people with machines.
Automation at work is about making time for the important 直面する-to-直面する moments for making a sale or understanding an 保険 （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

Rather than ending human interaction, generative AI is about trying to use all the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 利用できる so that 労働者s can more quickly reach the point of making a 決定／判定勝ち（する） or solving a problem, Mr Laney said.

However, 労働者s said they were spending almost one-third (32 per cent) of their time on いわゆる "performative work" - endless emails and 会合s that 証明する they are on 仕事.
"Time s itting around in a room where I'm not 与える／捧げるing anything, I didn't really learn anything, I'm just there to show up," Mr Laney said.
