逮捕（する） after car stolen with toddler inside
A man has been 逮捕（する）d over the 窃盗 of a car with a toddler inside in Melbourne's southeast.
The 乗り物 was stolen at Dandenong on Monday afternoon when the driver left the car to speak to another 運転者, police said.
A man got into the 黒人／ボイコット Kia Carnival and drove off with the toddler inside.
