Doctors 決起大会／結集させる against new gas for the sake of health
More than 50 doctors and other health professionals have 決起大会／結集させるd outside West Australia's 議会, 勧めるing the Cook 政府 to do more to 戦闘 気候 change.

Doctors for the 環境 Australia said hospitals were already seeing the 衝撃s of 気候 change and the 政府 needed to prioritise the health and wellbeing of the community over the 化石 燃料 産業.
"The WA 政府 must stop 追加するing 燃料 to the 解雇する／砲火／射撃, stop new gas 事業／計画（する）s and 含む／封じ込める the 増大するing health 危機," GP Tim Leahy said on Friday.
The group also wants 補助金s for 化石 燃料 companies to be axed and more 投資 in renewable energy.
Doctors and health professionals 代表するing the 王室の Australasian College of 外科医s, the Australian College of 田舎の and Remote 薬／医学 and the Public Health 協会 Australia were also 伴う／関わるd in the 決起大会／結集させる.
The 王室の Australian College of General Practitioners WA said 気候 change was a public health 緊急.
"GPs in WA and across Australia are already seeing the 衝撃s of 気候 change on our 患者s, 含むing from more extreme bushfires, heatwaves, 干ばつs, and 嵐／襲撃するs, which 影響する／感情 both physical and mental health," a 広報担当者 said.
The groups said 証拠 showed the number of 救急車 callouts were greater on high-heat days, with 緊急 departments experiencing 増加するd 患者 贈呈s for heat-関係のある illnesses and other associated 病気s.
