トラックで運ぶ driver not 'at fault' for 新聞記者/雑誌記者's death
A トラックで運ぶ driver 伴う/関わるd in a 衝突/不一致 that killed an award-winning 新聞記者/雑誌記者 was not at fault, a 法廷,裁判所 has been told, and has had his driver's licence 復帰させるd.
James Alexanda Latchford, 45, appeared in Melbourne 治安判事s 法廷,裁判所 on Tuesday where he 首尾よく 控訴,上告d his licence 中断 after the 事故 that fatally 負傷させるd 先触れ(する) Sun sports reporter Sam Landsberger.
