法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告 大統領，／社長 司法（官） Margaret McMurdo has used a valedictory speech for 司法（官） de Jersey to say he'd managed to 持続する a good working 関係 with the 政府, until recently.

The 政府 has spent weeks defending Mr Carmody's meteoric rise from 長，指導者 治安判事 to 裁判長, over sitting 最高裁判所 裁判官s, 含むing 司法（官） McMurdo.
"Your 任命 as 長，指導者 司法（官） appeared to 先触れ（する） an 適切な 協同組合 working 関係 between the 司法の and the (n)役員／(a)執行力のある, delicately balancing the ever 現在の and 必然的な 緊張 that each arm 行為／法令／行動するd 独立して but with 相互の 儀礼 and 尊敬（する）・点, 関わりなく the 支配的な 政党 in the 法律を制定する arm, at least until recently," 司法（官） McMurdo said, as 弁護士／代理人／検事-General Jarrod Bleijie watched on.
Mr Carmody has 直面するd calls from high-最高位の 裁判官s to 身を引く from the 裁判長's 職業, まっただ中に （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he 欠如（する）s experience and is too の近くに to the 政府.
Last week, 司法（官） de Jersey called for 静める and 需要・要求するd his 同僚s show 尊敬（する）・点 to their new leader.
After 36 years as a 裁判官, 司法（官） de Jersey says he'll continue to follow the 法廷，裁判所s and the 合法的な professi on with の近くに 利益／興味 from 政府 House.
"Though I should make this （疑いを）晴らす, I shall have 絶対 no 利益／興味 of 存在 知らせるd of even a skerrick of 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 gossip ... but still feel 解放する／自由な to call us."
The 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 協会, the Queensland 法律 Society and the 弁護士／代理人／検事-general also paid 尊敬の印 to 司法（官） de Jersey, 含むing his work to modernise Queensland's 法廷，裁判所 system.
Mr Bleijie said 司法（官） de Jersey's 16-year 任期 as 裁判長 had spanned four 首相s and nine 弁護士／代理人／検事s-general.
"That capacity to work with 政府s and 大臣s of all 説得／派閥s, the wit and the character to 持続する the professional 対話 - even at times of some 緊張 - has 大いに 高めるd the standing of the 法廷，裁判所," he said.
"Your wise counsel has been much 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がるd."
Mr Carmody wasn't at the valedictory event. He's on holidays until he takes up the 裁判長's 役割.
One of his detractors, 司法（官） John Muir, also didn't …に出席する, but sent his 陳謝s.
司法（官） McMurdo and Mr Bleijie have been at 半端物s since March when she criticised him for only choosing one woman in 17 任命s to judicial office in the past two years.
She also （刑事）被告 him of 違反ing her 信用／信任 and 公然と 明らかにする／漏らすing confidential discussions about 推薦s for judicial 任命s.
