Road 激怒（する） （刑事）被告 否定するs throwing punch
A 33-year-old man has 否定するd punching an 年輩の man in a Sydney road 激怒（する） attack and （人命などを）奪う，主張するs the "old fellow" fell 支援する and 攻撃する，衝突する his 長，率いる.
Michael Gleeson says he turned himself in to police after realising the scuffle in Strathfield, in Sydney's west, left the 年輩の man with serious 長，率いる 傷害s.
Police 主張する an argument started after the car Gleeson and his girlfriend were in 支援するd into 73-year-old Cock Foo's car on Monday afternoon.
Gleeson is （刑事）被告 of punching Mr Foo, who fell to the ground and 攻撃する，衝突する his 長，率いる.
He was 急ぐd to hospital with bleeding on the brain. Gleeson 恐らく ran from the scene.
However, Gleeson's lawyer Russell Byrnes told Central 地元の 法廷，裁判所 on Friday, Gleeson checked the man was breathing before he left.
It was the next day before he 設立する out what had happened and 接触するd his lawyer, who advised he turn himself in.

Mr Byrnes said 33-year-old Gleeson 否定するd punching the man.

Mr Byrne said Gleeson panicked after the minor 衝突，墜落 because he learned that day his licence was 一時停止するd.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard Gleeson pleaded with Mr Foo not to call police and 申し込む／申し出d him money but his begging fell on deaf ears.
Mr Byrnes said Gleeson grabbed the "old fellow's" phone but gave it 支援する during the argument.
"But he was trying to 静める the old fellow 負かす／撃墜する," he said.
Mr Byrnes said Mr Foo then tried to 得る，とらえる Gleeson's phone.
"As he was trying to do that the old fellow fell backwards and 攻撃する，衝突する his 長，率いる tragically," he said.

Outside 法廷，裁判所 Mr Byrnes said Gleeson's 妊娠している girlfriend, who cried as her boyfriend was led away, was distraught.
He said his （弁護士の）依頼人 had gone through 悲劇 after 悲劇.
"The poor bastard has had no chance at all," he said.
