Road 激怒(する) (刑事)被告 否定するs throwing punch

A 33-year-old man has 否定するd punching an 年輩の man in a Sydney road 激怒(する) attack and (人命などを)奪う,主張するs the "old fellow" fell 支援する and 攻撃する,衝突する his 長,率いる.

Michael Gleeson says he turned himself in to police after realising the scuffle in Strathfield, in Sydney's west, left the 年輩の man with serious 長,率いる 傷害s.

Police 主張する an argument started after the car Gleeson and his girlfriend were in 支援するd into 73-year-old Cock Foo's car on Monday afternoon.

Gleeson is (刑事)被告 of punching Mr Foo, who fell to the ground and 攻撃する,衝突する his 長,率いる.

Mr Byrnes said Gleeson grabbed the "old fellow's" phone but gave it 支援する during the argument.

"But he was trying to 静める the old fellow 負かす/撃墜する," he said.

Mr Byrnes said Mr Foo then tried to 得る,とらえる Gleeson's phone.

"As he was trying to do that the old fellow fell backwards and 攻撃する,衝突する his 長,率いる tragically," he said.

"The poor bastard has had no chance at all," he said.
