Voss says reality show will help AFL 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s
Brownlow Medallist Michael Voss says his new reality show The 新採用する exposes how the AFL system overlooks 円熟した-老年の players to its own detriment.
The Foxtel 生産／産物 features Voss as the coach of a group of 20-something footballers trying to 勝利，勝つ a place on an AFL 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.
Brisbane's ３倍になる 首相の職 captain said the series を強調するs that there are AFL 質 players competing in country leagues who have been overlooked for one 推論する／理由 or another.
"I was left wondering across the program, how many of these are we 行方不明の," Voss told AAP.
"There's a real 新採用するing 適切な時期 here within AFL circles and while we have 学院s at the junior level, there is nothing for 円熟した ages.
"These guys put it on the line (in this series) and some of them have lost their 職業s in chasing their dream of playing AFL football."
Anyone familiar with a Fox8 reality show, such as Australia's Next 最高の，を越す Model, will be able to follow the 輪郭（を描く） of The 新採用する which starts on July 16.
The 10 week series begins with 50 希望に満ちたs and by the end of the first episode just a dozen remain for the chance to join an AFL team.
It 結論するs with three finalists taking part in a live AFL 草案 and their 運命／宿命 残り／休憩（する）s with 代表者／国会議員s from each of the 18 AFL clubs.
Voss is 確信して they can 配達する three players who have the 技術s to make it in the AFL.
"We were やめる bullish and we might have more than one player 有能な of playing AFL football. But our 職業 is to 配達する one and we've got that one," Voss said.
"There has been some 本物の 利益／興味 の中で the recruiters and that will get more 激しい に向かって the end of the season."
補助装置ing Voss are former Adelaide and Sydney player and reality show contestant Ryan "Fitzy" Fitzgerald and former Hawthorn 今後 Ben Dixon.

Once the show reaches the final dozen contestants, Voss, Fitzy and Dixon will decide which three players will be put up for 排除／予選 each week.

Voss said the series could open up a whole new 新採用するing dynamic for the AFL.
"I do wonder, once people realise the 本物の 適切な時期 on 申し込む／申し出 here, and if this is to continue, what year two is going to look like.
