More 資源s for umpires: Longmire
Sydney coach John Longmire has called for the AFL to 緊急に direct more 資源s に向かって umpiring, while 否定するing his 関心s are 原因（となる）d by the 治療 of his 星／主役にする 今後 Lance Franklin.
Longmire said his 関心s were 誘発するd by events in two of ladder-主要な Sydney's last three games.
In matches against Richmond and West Coast, Franklin was 伴う／関わるd in intensely physical 戦う／戦いs with defenders Alex Rance and Eric Mackenzie.
Longmire 述べるd the match in Perth last Sunday as "one of the most contested games in history" with 198 取り組むs laid and just 25 解放する／自由な kicks paid.
However, Longmire 強調する／ストレスd his 関心s were much broader than the awarding of 解放する／自由な kicks and the 治療 of Franklin, who has been given 18 解放する／自由な kicks this year and given away 24.
"The discussion should be about just not what happened on the 週末, and what we think should happen, or what happened against Richmond, two weeks ago," Longmire said on Tuesday.
"In a broader sense the discussion should be pointing に向かって making sure we 許す more 資源s to be 献身的な に向かって the umpires.
"It's such an important part of the game. Whether the umpires become more fulltime than what they are, or whether the 資源s 献身的な to them are enough."
Asked what 資源s he would like directed to the umpires, Longmire said: "Everything. In regards to more coaching, to more technical help, to more on their 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）, just numbers-wise.
He said he was sure AFL football 操作／手術s manger 示す Evans was aware of the 状況／情勢, but 強調する／ストレスd it was 批判的な that greater 資源s were 配分するd expediently.
"We need to get there pretty quick, we need to 急速な／放蕩な 跡をつける it and get it moving," Longmire said.
Longmire said it was a 事柄 of getting the balance 権利 in regards to Franklin.
"If he's giving away the 解放する／自由な kicks he shouldn't be, we tell him, and make sure he doesn't do it," Longmire said.
"But when we think he should be getting the 解放する／自由な kicks, we tell him not to 焦点（を合わせる） on it, just keep playing the ball."
Longmire said his coaches 強調d that point to Franklin last Sunday when he laid a career-best eight 取り組むs in a game.
He 賞賛するd the feisty 今後 for keeping his 冷静な／正味の through the running 戦う／戦い with Mackenzie.
"I thought he 持続するd his composure really 井戸／弁護士席 and he was one of our best 圧力 players on the ground," Longmire said.
"His 対抗者 did a good 職業 and played a good game, but we were pleased with the way that Lance was able to 圧力 and still have an 影響（力） and 与える／捧げる to some goals that our team was able to kick."
