Hayes, Dabernig form training 共同
Tom Dabernig 予報するs little will change for the Lindsay Park 操作／手術 にもかかわらず his elevation to the position of David Hayes's training partner.
A son of Hayes's sister Jan, Dabernig has been an assistant trainer to his uncle since 2006 but will become the Hall Of Fame member's partner in Lindsay Park Racing on August 1.
"I'll be based at Euroa but operationally nothing will really change," Dabernig said.
"David will be at Euroa most of the week before 長，率いるing to Melbourne later in the week for Friday 裁判，公判s and the race 会合s."
Dabernig has worked in racing for more than 20 years, starting his time 伸び（る）ing experience with his late grandfather, master trainer Colin Hayes.
Dabernig said he and Hayes had been planning their move for some time but 手配中の，お尋ね者 their new 共同 to 同時に起こる／一致する with the beginning of the next racing season.
Hayes's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to team up with his 甥 is part of a succession 計画（する） which Dabernig says is 結局 likely to result in Hayes's three sons joining the family 商売／仕事.
"In a bigger 商売／仕事, there's always succession planning," Dabernig said.
"There will come a time when they (Hayes's sons) will come into the 商売／仕事 but they are a few years away from 存在 ready."
Dabernig said he was 焦点（を合わせる）d on the new 共同 but thought training in tandem with Hayes would give him the grounding needed to 後継する if he decided t o train overseas in the 未来.
"At the moment, I'm very much 焦点（を合わせる）d on the now but having this sort of （危険などに）さらす will mean I hopefully have the 信任状 to get in somewhere overseas if that happens," Dabernig said.
