Peter Greste's family are 持つ/拘留するing their breath for Egypt's 大統領,/社長 to 国外追放する the 刑務所,拘置所d Australian 新聞記者/雑誌記者 after a 法廷,裁判所 ordered a retrial.

An Egyptian 法廷,裁判所 has ordered Greste and his two 同僚s, Canadian-Egyptian Mohammed Fahmy and Egyptian Baher Mohammed, be retried after more than a year in 刑務所,拘置所.

"Now that Peter is essentially an innocent man, he's not 罪人/有罪を宣告するd anymore, it does 許す for some room to move and for him (al-Sisi) to step in ... and 国外追放する them."

Peter Greste's lawyer has 適用するd to the Egyptian 弁護士/代理人/検事-general for 国外追放.

The retrial 効果的に means the 初めの 合法的な 訴訟/進行s now count for nothing, international 法律 専門家 Don Rothwell says.

"The ordering of a fresh 裁判,公判 is a real vindication, I think, for Greste, his 合法的な team and others who have been pointing out the 不正行為s in the 事例/患者," he said.

"We've got to be 希望に満ちた. It's a new 法令 and there's very little understood about it, there's very little 規則, there's no precedent. We are in uncharted waters," he said.

"I'd like to think the 法令 was 制定するd to be used. We are going to 実験(する) it out."

If 国外追放 is 不成功の, the family will 適用する for 保釈(金) at the retrial.

マイク Greste said the past 12 months of fighting for his brother's freedom had been 十分な of 混乱 and "trying to come to 条件 with a system we are 全く unfamiliar with and having to take one day at a time".

Their parents, Juris and Lois Greste, have been in Egypt for a month and are 許すd to visit their son every 15 days but have not had a chance yet to talk to him about the 最新の events.
